I achieved an Active IQ Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage (soft tissue therapy) with the highly regarded Premier Training at there London, Finsbury centre of excellence. I am still involved in sport playing league tennis, masters athletics 100m, I recently retired from vets football on Sundays. Played football for my beloved Eltham Palace for over 30 years. Formerly coaching rugby with Dartfordians under 13’s on a Sunday morning and providing physio for the senior teams. I am involved with Parkwood FC and Eltham Palace Vets FC, Danson Sports,providing a sports injury clinic.
I play tennis throughout the year, cycling and golf in the Summer. I enjoy my running especially the trails and have completed the Fan Dance in the Brecon Beacons , which was a great test. Due to run a marathon in the Brecons later this year 2021.
I have recently completed The Complex shoulder course with Bodymaster, I completed a knee masterclass a few years back, I attend a sports massage workshop on a weekly basis to keep my skills up to date and to offer the best service I can for my clients. I have now been treating patients for nearly two years now and operate from two addresses: Bexley & Clerkenwell. I completed a barefoot running course and can offer advice on running techniques.
